Scam Description

I ordered custom-made sweatpants with a photo of their cat that just passed away on them for my kids and I was promised they would be here before the holidays. I got an email stating the order was delayed and I could cancel if I wanted to. I asked to cancel since they wouldn’t make it before the holidays. They stated that I had already received the product months before I even ordered it and said that their refund policy states I can’t have a refund after 3 days of delivery. I called them out for the mistake and they continued to respond with emails as if I wasn’t even requesting a refund. They then stated they were sorry, the order was lost in the mail and I could ask for a refund, which I did. They then said they “shipped” the product again and refused my request for a refund. I am certain they are scammers and would like my money back. I’ve included all the email exchanges in the files below.
