Scam Description

I ordered flowers to be delivered 12/21/22. I called to check the status of my order after I noticed their online order tracking and customer service portal were not working. I was told there was a warehouse issue but they guaranteed delivery on 12/21/22. My order was not delivered as guaranteed on 12/21/22. I called back on 12/22/22 and they told me I could not cancel my order or receive a refund even though they admitted they provided me misinformation.
