Scam Description
I ordered a custom-designed mug on this Website (trendingcustom.com). I received info that it was created and tracking information, but they changed the original zip code where it was supposed to go, so “the PO could not deliver it.” I sent several Emails to their Customer Support Email address which were not answered. Subsequently, I tried to order again and then thought better of it and canceled the order. They sent me an IMMEDIATE personalized Customer Support Email (from “Jessie”) asking why I wanted to cancel. So they could ask why I wanted to cancel but not help me locate a missing order???
