Scam Description
I ordered a 7.5 ft. remote control retractable Christmas tree on November 10, 2022. I received an email from them on December 6, 2022, with a tracking number that they said was for my order. I tracked my order until it said that it was delivered. The package was delivered in Leesville, SC on December 7, 2022. I live in Rome, NY. I sent numerous emails since the package was delivered, and I did not get a response until December 14, 2022. They wanted me to wait another week before contacting the Better Business Bureau.
