Scam Description
I placed a order on their website for (8) outdoor lights. After several days of no contact, I began sending emails and placing phone calls to check the status of shipping for the order. When I received no response for more than a week, and realized I had been scammed, I contacted my credit card company to reverse payment. The day my credit card company reversed payment, I received an email asking how they could help. I provided the details listed here and shared that I realized they were a scam. They stated they would get with the customer service department to get the order processed. I let them know I was not comfortable with the company and did not want the product . This morning, December 9th, I received an email stating they were shipping the product. This company is a fraud! I will not accept any product from them. Please alert everyone to avoid this group.
