rogerflorist.com comes up as the number one florist website offering online purchases and same day delivery…very easy to choose product and then enter delivery info with standard checkout procedure….i placed an order and followed the checkout procedures…..after not receiving the confirmation email, i attempted to call the number for a status update (after about an hour of time passing). a man answered and asked how he could help me, i asked about an update on the delivery order placed earlier today and the man asked me to stay on the line for a moment. as soon as he put me on hold, i received a recording telling me that “there are no agents available to take my call, good bye” then disconnected the line…
