Scam Description
Was listing a rental to sell, Jeff Levine contacted me right off the bat offered me 93K, was in a rush to email me contract. Wanted me to initial sign and send back asap. After reading contract I found 10 typo errors, such as the word dead for deed, propfit for profit. I called him to bring this to his attention he says oh there is, mark them sign it and send it back. Did more research on Stacey Spires found scam report on Manta about her and Co. Contract obviously was fake. Earnest money was to be only $10, figured they would ask for my bank acct to clean me out. Have not got one phone call from them since.
