Scam Description
We were contacted by Carlton jeburk claiming he was an investor interested in purchasing our home cash. We decided to go into business with him and turns out the contract was just a way to get all the proceeds of our home when we sold it. He claimed to not be able to follow through with the agreed price and instead of allowing us out of the contract he attempted to put a second mortgage on our home in form is a lien. He also stopped messaging us and tried to scare us into paying him thousands of dollars in fee’s he never showed proof of. Luckily for us we were able to just wait out the contract until it expires so we are not obligated to do business with him. He preys on people either needed to sell their homes quickly in order to pressure them into paying to get out of the contract when he claims he can’t pay the price agreed due to “competition” he’s a predator and doesn’t even know much about reality just knows how to get in and scam people out of their hard earned money for the homes they invested in.
