Scam Description
They claim to by homes for cash. When you request an estimate they send over a range and guarantee a 2-3 week closing. When you attempt to accept the offer then change the price to the lowest end of the range and will only honor the original range if you do a 60 closing subject to appraisal and inspection. It’s a classic bait and switch.
