Scam Description
I got an email from Geek Squad saying that my subscription was paid in the amount of $399. from my account. There was a phone number to call and I had a hard time understanding him due to a foreign accent and boisterous voice.. He asked if I had a computer. I told him that I never had or applied for an account. Then he gave me a website to enter. I felt nervous, but he said it was the only way I could cancel it and get my refund. A form came up on the screen and had questions to answer. “My phone number ,address, email address, and date of birth etc. At that point I refused to give any more information. He got very arrogant and told me again that that was the only way I could cancel and get my refund. This was the second time that I got the same email and same person. I am very upset and feel helpless.
