Scam Description
Hired this contractor to install new vinyl siding on my entire home. Contract was signed. Job cost $22,000. Unfornatley gave a total of $12,000 in cash (would ONLY accept cash) Started the work, did less than half the house and DEMANDED payment in full to COMPLETE the work. I declined and he pulled all of his workers off the job and QUIT! Has not come back, left a huge mess and now I must try to hire someone else. to finish the work. My wife and I our seniors. He had also wanted to do additionl work for additional money, but we delclined on that!! He goes by the name of John Ryan and we also found out ANOTHER neighbor ALSO was very dissatisfied with work NOT completed. He also canvased the rest of the neghborhood with his glossy 9 x 6.5 post cards about all of his home improvment services, my immediate neighbor recieved 2 cards!
