Scam Description
Mr. Mangalus he, the owner of Excell CRF. LLC. was supposed to finish the tile work in the kitchen as well as put the backsplash on the kitchen along with the baseboard going down the steps so I paid him additional $879. He refused to show up and said that I’m not coming you’re gonna have to pay me more money if you want to take me to court take me to court and that was the last of it.
