Scam Description
The Scam posed as a licensed contractor. He stated that he could remodel homes for a reasonable price. Mr. Perez presented estimates and a contract to complete the service. I entered into an agreement with Mr. Perez to complete remodeling of two bathrooms which he did not complete. I was cited by the city for not having a building permit. During that time. I discovered that Mr. Perez was not licensed in the state of Virginia while awaiting permits and inspections. Mr. Perez left without completing the agreed services.
