Contacted Rod Schleining at enjoy the journey RV repair, he came out to fix my mother’s heater. He left no invoice or receipt. He took the part that he replaced without permission or knowledge of until later. The part that he replaced was not new and stopped working a few hours later. He refused to return the part or come back and fix it properly. He has either blocked or changed the phone number. We filed a police report
