Scam Description
This company targets families who need home improvements. They give you an estimate and say they need to order materials first, so they only ask for a portion of the repair bill, Cash only. Then they showed me an estimate from Home Depot and say prices went up because of Covid and they need more money. we gave them the difference from the first amount. They then set up a date for demo. They came in with a huge crew and tear up everything, ask for money for the labor then never showed back up. They did the same to 3 other neighbors on my block simultaneously so that none of us what find out what had happened to the others house. They got 2 other families a few blocks away too. James Palma & a guy named Antonio ran the scam. A lady named Darcy would collect the money.
