Scam Description
Justin Cox received money to do a yearly tune up on a lawn tractor and chainsaw. He keep asking for more money for additional repairs. He said he would take things to his shop and get them back ASAP. He keep giving excuses for returning items. The he stop responding. I took him to small claims court and was granted a judgement against him. He did not show up because he was in jail in Rockingham county jail on fraud. I found he skipped bail prior to that on other arrest for thief. He used next door as to find people to scam. He needs to be exposed as not to scam other people.
