***** and I called for a free estimate regarding a roof replacement. Two gentlemen came. They seemed very nice. He wanted to see the attic to determine any roofing problems. I asked to see their business cards several times to no avail. After his presentation, the quote came in at $ 116,375.00. A little high. Then, we explained that this was down the road about 2 years again. I asked him a second time about a business card to determine if they were licensed. He said to look online.
Seeing the excessive cost to do this roofing, we said, another time. Both, one at a time, keep insisting we were missing a good deal.
Then he lowered it to the lowest price of $ 56,669.00 or $ 55,669.00 – senior citizens. How was this possible? He wanted us to authorize him to take pictures of the roofing job to place online. This was ongoing. They finally left. It was just not a good experience. UI have a copy of what they left as a “quote.” If they are legitimate, very good. If not, they should be caught and dealt with accordingly. There was no phone number on the quote sheet paper at all. Just one given to us. At: 1-867-241-9284 or 1-867-241- 4284???
