Scam Description
I received an electronic notice on 1/30/2024 for Medicare and saw multiple charges from G I Ortho, Inc. for “intermittent catheters”. No clue what they were, so I looked up the company and several complaints showed up immediately for the same items that no one received. There were multiple charges on my statement starting June 8, 2023 thru November 9, 2023 for the total amount that Medicare approved of $11,160. Also received a mailed copy of my supplemental insurance showing the same charges. Medicare was contacted immediately and they started a fraud report.
