Scam Description
I was scammed by a woman by the name of agent sherri jones on Facebook messenger impersonating as one of my close friends and said you can get a government grant for 13,900. I thought to myself this sounds to good to be true but he was a close friend he even sent an envelope with money inside from when he cashed the check and I was trying to call him but he said his phone was messed up and all he had was his laptop. It was supposedly 500$ for a delivery fee + 700$ for a legitimacy fee. Be vary wary even if they are a close friend or relative.
