Scam Description
Well it all started about a month ago. One of my Church sisters ask me about a free government grant that I really knew nothing about. Well I went for it but not being told about the money that I had to pay out. All together $3,000 dollars and yet no money . Suppose to be free. Now this the catch here, I called American Express to see the balance on the last gift card which was $500.00 and found out the card had already been used for a purchase at The Coach Factory in Jacksonville Fla. I can’t believe how deceitful people really are. Can you help me Please
