Scam Description
Stated that I missed a court appearance to be an expert witness from a Federal Court Timothy C Batten put out two warrants for my arrest Failure to appear and Contempt of Court. Since I did not receive the summons I could come down to sign a pad to do handwriting analysis but since I had class 3 misdemeanors I would need to pay an assurance bond of $3000 to hold the warrants. Stated there was a federal gag order and if I decided to contact an attorney that this would move from the Civil program to a criminal one. Fortunately I called an attorney in between their calls and he told me not to give information and it sounded like a scam. Hung up when they asked me for money.
