They are selling Certificates of Fact for $77.50 when the document businesses need is a Certificate of Fact from the actual State of Montana which is available for $15. When you figure out it is a scam there is no recourse, because they are sending you what they promised… it just isn’t worth anything. The phone number is out of order and there is no one at the listed address in Billings.
