Scam Description
After applying for my Operating Authority I was contacted by this company to provide drug testing regulations for my hotshot company. Presented they were agency with the FMSCA and I needed to be compliant to operate in the states. Sent me a quest diagnostics appoint and everything looked legit so paid for the service and the tech scanned the UA requested and nothing worked. Couldn’t reach the rep Randi Hester and that was it 440$ was taken for the service and nothing was being able to be done
