Scam Description
This is a scam that targeted the LLC that I formed in Pennsylvania the week before. I received a fake “Labor Law Compliance Notice” that asked me to pay $98.00. The notice threatens a $7,000 fine for noncompliance under federal law. The address on the notice was Harrisburg, PA, but the return envelope for the payment is addressed to Ft Lauderdale, FL.
