Scam Description
They send letters to newly formed companies congratulating them on their new business followed by you have one step left to get a California certificate status. They only take payment by check $87.25 (which is deliberate bc banks can’t reverse charges on a check). They only provide a phone (no website or email) that continually rings with no answering machine.
In very fine print they have written “this is not a government agency” but almost undetectable. They are making it seem like they are a government agency and protecting themselves with this one fine print . This is ethically and morally wrong and they should be shut down. How is this allowed when so many others have complained???
