Scam Description
This person claims to be a lawyer. He says that there is a permanent life insurance policy out for someone who has my last name (not related to me) and it is worth almost 10 million dollars. This person supposedly died in an accident in Montreal years ago. He claims he can help me claim the money from the policy, dividing it between us. He would like my confidentiality and is 100% risk free, of course!
