Scam Description
Received a 2023 – Biennial Statement Instruction Form that looks like a valid bill. Yes, it says in middle of page that it not a government agency and will file on your behalf, but it is designed to look like a legit legal document / bill, but it is for unsolicited and unnecessary services. These type of fraudsters have to be stopped.
