Scam Description
I was called one day by a rep we believed to be from Pitney Bowes and asked if I can provide the serial number of our mailing machine to confirm that it matches the new rates that have officially been implemented as of that date. A few days later we received an unsolicited package with one item. A few days later we received an invoice for a total of $361.99, requesting payment for four items listed. This company is a scam! We never place orders with any vendors that we haven’t worked with in the past.
