Scam Description

I received a parking ticket at the Music Factory in Charlotte, NC. First, I did in fact pay for parking. Second, the phone number listed on the back of the ticket does not get answered and simply disconnects instead of allowing any type of messaging service. Third, the email address listed on the ticket is automatically sent back as undeliverable. Finally, the QR code on the front of the ticket, searches “no” in google. The only thing about the ticket that leads to a true website is the website for payment. I whole heartedly believe this is simple a racket where people hope someone will just go to the website to pay.
