Scam Description
I was on the website Cycletrader to sell my motorcycle. I was contacted on the cycletrader website that he wanted my bike and would send me a check by the USPS. I received the check and a form letter on 21 August 2023 and immediately got a text saying that the check had been delivered. I was asked if I was going to deposit it today and I said, No.
I looked at the check and knew immediately that it was a scam. The check came from a church and was for more than I was selling my motorcycle for.
