Scam Description

I received an email from hr.rayfordhill@gmail.com
Our recruitment team reviewed your resume, which was posted on (Indeed Ads) Application. We are pleased with your qualifications; we believe you have the necessary qualifications to participate in an online interview for any of the job positions, and you must choose the one that is best suited to you.
Customer Service Representative, Data Entry Clerk, Clerical Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Invoice Clerk, Sales Representative, Executive Assistant.
Supposedly they pay weekly or bi-weekly (which I never heard of- Red flag) Claim pay is $29 an hour (red flag) and I’m in Washington state and average pay for Customer Service type jobs are $20 an hour. Interview was on Skype chat no video (red flag) I would think it would be a video call. Chat was with Andrew Grove stated title was HR but he had to ask to hire me (red flag if you are HR you shouldn’t have to ask permission). Asked what bank I’m at my age (red flag doesn’t matter what bank) and address to mail me a laptop but said he would mail me a check and he would send me a list of stuff to buy to set up home office like file cabinet, printer/scanner, safe/vault –Big red flag (remote job don’t need stuff only a computer). Emailed me an I-9 form but no W-4 form and said that would come later. I didn’t fill any forms out. I sent message back stating I think this is a scam and I turn down the job. Haven’t heard anything back from this person.
This company has job ads on Indeed but not for any jobs the email stated. Capco.com has jobs as Management Consulting and I don’t have that experience. I was told the headquarters is in Belgium and region office in Empire State Bldg in New York.
I figured this was a scam to me, there are red flags.
