Scam Description
I applied for a job through Indeed.com. This “John” contacted me saying that I will need to go through the hiring process but first they’ll send me a check to cover all the equipment expenses. I knew from that point that it was a scam. He did send me a check but I obviously did not deposit it. He still thinks I am interested as I am telling him that I have deposited the check (which I have not). I called the real company and they said over 150 people have been scammed by this guy. Please end this as soon as possible. Thank you!
