Scam Description
A job listing I found on Indeed.com last night resulted in me getting a message this afternoon asking me to email the following address for more information on the position: gregoryapels3@gmail.com. I was immediately suspicious due to the generic Gmail domain and blatantly misspelled company name, so I reached out to Gregory & Appel Insurance’s Facebook page. They confirmed that this email address is not used by their company. Additionally, this company is actually based out of Indianapolis, IN, despite the Indeed.com job listing stating Monterey Park, CA. I have placed all screenshots in a Word document for your convenience and have reported the job listing on Indeed.
