Scam Description
Answered ad for personal assistant via Facebook to work remotely to answer emails. Got a request to purchase gift cards and they would send me a cheque to deposit into my mobile banking. Red flag. When I questioned them was told to trust this company and follow instructions. Which I didn’t do. I got ahold of someone at the company finally and they informed me they were not looking to hire anyone remotely and it was a scam and they also reported it
