Scam Description
I was notified that I was able to get an interview with this “company”, so we did the interview, but I never talked to anyone. All communication was by email only. I did research on the company to make sure it was real, but there was no job posting on the job that I supposedly got. They even sent me a job offer, made me do assessments to make it seem like it was real. It was until I got an email that the company sent me a check, so that I can purchase office supplies. I had to print the check and deposit it to my personal checking account, fortunately I did not print the check, be from then I knew it was a scam. No company sends you a check through an email just so you can purchase office supplies. Please be careful this scam goes so far tome it seem real.
