Scam Description
They found my resume on Indeed.com and reached out to me for a text-based interview through Skype. It was very thorough and lasted 2 hours. The following day I was offered a position, again via Skype. They said that upon my acceptance of the offer letter that would be emailed to me, I would then be mailed a check to go and purchase the correct equipment to do this job. I’m waiting on the check arrival to then take and report it to the bank. They used the alias of Heatherly Brittney, the Senior Technical Recruiter at McKinsey & Co.
