Scam Description
This company said I owed Wells Fargo bank 880 dollars. I told them I left years ago in good standing they threatened a law suit if I don’t pay. I went to Wells Fargo where I had the account and had them look it up they say I owe them nothing I left in great standings. Called these people back and they said they don’t care what the bank says I owe it lol. Checked my credit not in my credit. And when I went to the police it shoes several people this month being accused of stuff they know nothing about. Tomorrow I’m going to my attorney police report filed. When I asked them to send me where they found this debit they refused. Yet the people that they say I owe say after looking me up in the system I owe nothing the bank manager also said the original account number they have on thier paperwork isn’t even a number Wells Fargo has used in the 30 years he’s been there and then said this document is fraudulent
