Scam Description
A woman named Monica Lee saying that shes the account manager. Company name Biotin Complex. called me to collect $200 to cancel and close my account of when I supposedly started a free 14 day trial back in 2021 of some Aragon oil products and I supposedly receive those products every month for a whole year but I never received any products. so she’s charging me for every single product. I asked what credit card was used and she only gave me the last four digits of the of the card. Then I asked her what address did you send the products to. She gave me an address that I haven’t lived in in 4 years. I asked her to send me information through email but she said pay now to close your account then I’ll send you information. Then she said if you don’t pay now it will be sent to the credit bureau. Seems fishy so I didn’t give her any information.
