Scam Description
This collection company ignored the correspondence between the sales rep and I from the hired company. The sales rep confirmed that my account was closed and the correspondence showed that I have sent the equipment back. I have never used the service and cancelled as soon as I received the equipment. The collection company kept asking me to prove that I cancelled the service. I have showed emails correspondence from the said sales rep. All in all, the collection company wants me to pay their fee regardless of the legitimacy of the service cancellation. If I don’t pay their fee, the collection company is going to ruin my credit history. It is basically racketeering.
