Scam Description
This capital portfolio group keeps calling from different states and is saying I need to pay my past bill and clear this off my credit. They said: you can call them back, but when I call back, a recording says to go online to their website and pay there. I have no idea what I supposedly owe on? Lol They give me no information! … I’m sure they just want money ??
