Scam Description
Scammer called to collect what they claimed was a medical bill that had gone past collections and was to be going into summons. The scammer provided to me my personal name, address, name of medical provider, last four digits of social security number and had my phone number as they called me. I told them I had never received a bill and would not talk with them. I would call the doctors office. They continued to tell me it was not something the doctors office would discuss because it had been sent to collections. They would not mail me anything and kept asking for more information which I would not provide. I ended the conversation.
