Scam Description
I received a call from A & S & Associates. I spoke to a woman, Casey. She knew my name, address, former address, Social Security number etc. She said she was calling to collect on a defaulted bank loan which is over 13 yrs old. I have never seen a bank loan on my credit report. She asked me for $600 to settle it otherwise she would file in Morrow County Court House next week. She said she had mailed confirmation of the debt before, but I said we have not received anything.
