Scam Description

Amazon called from a restricted # call telling me I had a charge on Amazon for $1800. They had my name my husbands name and my sons name. I got suspicious and hung up. I asked Google for Amazon fraud number and I was connected to 12013513473 I was so distraught I went along with them and they took a copy of my drivers license and my picture connected to my bank and tried cripto $$ they tried getting $100 but my Visa shows 2 attempts for $1 they tried Zelle for another 100. I am changing my password on my accounts. New Visa card My drivers license and my picture is what concerns me. What do I need to do beside contacting you, bank, Visa??
