Scammer is not affiliated with Kaiser Permanente and indicates that they will send 8 free COVID tests to people who visit keepcahealthy.com and are Kaiser members who enter their personal health information. keepcahealthy address is a UPS store address. The website asks for people to scan their health ID’s, and enter their name, address, and Kaiser ID. Highly suspicious.
