Scam Description
Bought a “weighted” plush for our 12 year old daughter and when it arrived it was not “weighted” at all. When I reached out to the company about the issue with the description of the product, as well as the product we received, they immediately directed me to their return policy which stated I could not return the product and then told me I should more carefully read the description next time. I did, in fact, read it and I even took a screenshot of the description and sent it back to them as a response. The description clearly talks about the plush having comforting weight to it like a weighted blanket. Not only did I read the description correctly, I also have 2 nieces that have a weighted plush which is why our 12 year old wanted one. Clearly a scam or simply a company that doesn’t care about its customers.
