Scam Description

I was initially contacted by Homes.com by phone. They told me that they were a lead generation company.
I signed up for leads, without researching the company.
Over the course of the next year, I lost thousands of dollars and received not one single lead.
I should’ve known better, but at the time I was extremely busy, and didn’t notice what was happening.
I eventually canceled my subscription, and I was told I would have to pay $1200. I refused to pay, and unfortunately they sent my bill to collections. I foolishly ended up paying the $1200, because I didn’t think I had any other options.
In the time that I subscribed to Homes.com, I lost $4926.75.
Yes, I should’ve researched the company before, contracting with them.
Now I know better.
When I did look them up, I found that many, many others fell for their scam.
Please, IF YOU ARE A REALTOR, DO NOT FALL for the SCAMMERS, HOMES.COM!!!
