Scam Description
I received a bill from PayPal Credit despite not having a PayPal Account. I wrote to them challenging the bill and currently, the bill is now tripled.
There is no way to challenge this at PayPal without opening a PayPal Account.
I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this company is not recognized.
