Scam Description
I ordered 3 Seresto collars from this site using paypal and when the name of the merchant came up it was a Chinese name. I immediately was suspicious & went to research the site. What I discovered were reports that this was a counterfeit site. I immediately reported the findings to paypal who ruled in my favor and my money was refunded. I called the company, Elanco, that makes the genuine Seresto collers to report to them that this site appears to be a counterfeit site & they confirmed that it is in fact a counterfeit site. I feel this site could mislead a lot of people because there are actual legitimate outlet stores. The name of this site and the layout makes it very disceptive. What I did notice was that the O in Seresto is a wavy O and that is different than the real logo. That’s a dead giveaway of a counterfeit site. I wanted to report this to you so that hopefully the website can be taken down.
