Scam Description
I ordered seed sheets for gardens and received a package of toothbrushes.
Every attempt to email them got a response that said
Dear customer,
Please accept our sincere apology for such a buying experience.
Our return address is :
1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China
We promise that you will get your full refund (the order payment plus the return shipping fee) or replacement once we receive valid information about your returned package:
1.Tracking Number(By screenshot or picture)
2.A picture of your Returned Package(which showed return address)
Just send the item back first.
You could send us the receipt so that we could check the return shipping cost.
If you don’t want to return the item. You can keep the order and we can offer you a 50% refund of your total payment immediately.
