Scam Description

extract from my claim/dispute with my bank: I expressed concerns about customer service neglect. I sent 2 direct messages through their website with no confirmation. I also attempted to call the number on their website and the number does not work/ring. My last resort was sending them an email [copy of email attached below] with the following information:
“Hello,
I have a problem with order number #. I paid for this 19-piece order last month with the intention of it being a birthday gift. Upon opening my mail I see that there’s only 1 of the 19 pieces delivered. Not only did this order take a while to deliver, it is also incomplete. I’m not sure what happened but this is a huge inconvenience. Can I please know what my options are? Is there any compensation for lost time (either partial refund or extra pieces)? I’m still interested in the original pieces. Here are photos of my package content.”
I have not had any contact from this merchant and that is why I reached out to “bank”. I see that you(bank) made contact on my behalf and I’m not sure how their website is not even retrievable at this time. Per the time stamp, I sent my email to “mikanti.info@gmail.com” on [date].
I am very frustrated because this was an expensive purchase, I’m left with 1 crappy piece of plastic that is very useless. You can clearly see the size of the plastic package cannot contain 19 pieces. Furthermore, the. website does not even sell “1-piece items”. The package actually had the one piece I received folded and it did not bend back to it’s flat shape as it’s supposed to be.Now I am getting charged for a service I did not receive. I ask you please review these attachments and reconsider the refund. I don’t want anything to do with this merchant.
